Shipping and payment

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Poland at: PL 59-900 Zgorzelec, ul. Bohaterów II Armii Wojska Polskiego 7A. Delivery is available within Poland.

Dispatch time

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Carrier and delivery times

Delivery is handled by InPost.

  • InPost Parcel Locker (Paczkomat) — 1–2 business days after dispatch. The parcel is held in the locker for 48 hours, after which it is transferred to the nearest InPost branch. Maximum dimensions: 39 × 36 × 62 cm, weight up to 25 kg.
  • InPost Courier (door-to-door) — 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery to residential and business addresses.

Shipping cost

Delivery within Poland is free of charge. The final order total is shown at checkout before payment.

Payment

Payment is made online at checkout. Available payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard payment cards
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay (Shopify payment service)

Prices in the store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include tax. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. An order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Check the contents in the courier's presence and request a damage report (protokół szkody).
  2. Take photographs of the packaging, both outside and inside.
  3. Send the photographs, a description of the problem and your order number to  info@zonearoma.com

Claims are reviewed within 7 business days. A copy of the damage report is required in order to submit a claim.

Returns

Returns and claims are accepted at our warehouse address: PL 59-900 Zgorzelec, ul. Bohaterów II Armii Wojska Polskiego 7A, in accordance with consumer law applicable in the European Union. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Full terms are available on the "Returns" page.
